John always helped the people in his coterie of friends. For example, when Max needed help financially and tried to sell his stall, John bought the stall with just a cursory glance at it, purely for altruistic reasons. He was not one bit frugal, buying it at the first offer Max gave. John truly displayed a complete absence of cupidity.

After the liquidation of the criminal, Ah Kow was suspected to be guilty of complicity in the crime. After being found guilty as being an accomplice, the alleged criminal denied access to attorney.

It was obvious that Kelly would aspire to the position of the first chef. It was her dream to be the top chef of a prestigious restaurant. She was furious when they relegated her to a junior chef. She could not help but start to inveigh the higher-ups who had control over the rankings. They were obviously biased against her. She was determined to create havoc for the restaurant.

The terrorist head assured his subordinates that the subterranean complex they were in was a haven for them. "Not a soul, apart from us, have heard of this place," he said confidently. However, their conscience still bugged them, considering the fact that it was a surreptitious meeting they were having. "If no one speaks of this, nothing will jeopardize the plan." "HOWEVER," he continued in a loud voice, "if any of you leaks this plan out, I'll warn you now of our other viable methods, and none of us shall let you off."

After years of hardwork by the employees, the company enjoyed a huge breakthrough in their profits. As remuneration, the CEO of the company decided to bring them to watch a concert at the newly built theatre next to their office building. The theatre was flamboyant, showing only the concerts played by the most prestigious actors in the world. The concert was about racists and others of that ilk that treat each other's races as anathema.
